At Ken & Dana Design, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on all non-customized pieces.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation, including any diamond certificates provided.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable, insured shipping method to send your package back to our New York City studio.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
